Adult Purchasers

Our products may be intended for children, but purchases and personalization questionnaires must be completed by adults.

By submitting information concerning a child, you represent that you are the child's parent or legal guardian, or that you otherwise have authorization to provide the information for the purpose of creating the personalized product.

Personalized Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted with your order is accurate.

This includes names, spelling, addresses, personalization details, and questionnaire responses.

Sincerely, St. Nick may use the information you submit to creatively compose your letter rather than reproducing every questionnaire response word-for-word.

We may make reasonable editorial decisions regarding grammar, tone, wording, length, and the information ultimately included in a letter.

Appropriate Content

We reserve the right to decline to include information that we reasonably believe is inappropriate, offensive, harmful, unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise unsuitable for a children's Christmas product.

If submitted information cannot appropriately be incorporated into a letter, we may omit or modify that information.

Handwritten Nature of the Product

Our letters are handwritten by a person. Because handwriting and handmade products naturally contain minor variations, no two letters will be completely identical.

Small variations in handwriting, ink placement, stationery, wax seals, envelopes, decorative elements, or other handmade characteristics are part of the nature of the product and are not considered defects.

Product Appearance

We make reasonable efforts to display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly based on computer monitors, mobile devices, printing, available materials, and the handmade nature of the product.

Pricing

Prices are displayed on our website and may change from time to time.

The price applicable to your purchase is the price displayed when your order is placed, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes and shipping charges, when required, will be displayed during checkout.

Refusal or Cancellation of Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, payment problems, inappropriate personalization requests, technical errors, or circumstances preventing us from reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment and the cancellation is not caused by misuse or fraudulent activity, the appropriate amount paid for the canceled item will be refunded.

Intellectual Property

The Sincerely, St. Nick name, logo, original artwork, website design, written materials, product designs, photographs, graphics, letter templates, and other original content belonging to Sincerely, St. Nick may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, resold, or commercially used without permission.

Purchasing a letter does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sincerely, St. Nick is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or website.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on our website at the time of purchase will generally apply to that transaction.
